Event Space/Podcast Studio Rental

We’ve got just the space for you—this well lit and ultra-flexible space can hold up to 100 people. Perfect for a small reading, community gathering, staff development and more, your rental comes complete with tables, chairs, staff support and a long list of add-on technical and performance equipment depending on the needs of your convening.

In partnership with our good friends at the Dendros Group, we hope to make this space one that is welcome, inclusive, and beneficial to our community of change makers, artists, and leaders doing good work in Minnesota and beyond. That said, please note that we do provide a solidarity rate reduction for Black, Indigenous, POC persons as well as members of the disabled community.

Rental Rates:

Minimum rental period: Four (4) hours at $400.00 with no add-on equipment (all rentals include the use of chairs, tables, and one on-site staff support person

Each additional hour costs $75.00

A mandatory cleaning fee of $25.00 is added to all rentals

Rental Rates:

Media studio rentals come complete with all equipment listed, unless otherwise noted, and require a minimum rental period of two (2) hours at $150.00hr.

Each additional hour costs $75.00

A mandatory cleaning fee of $25.00 is added to all rentals

If you wish to hire a team member to technically support you during your rental (film, run the teleprompter, etc.) the rates are as follows:

Minimum rental period of two (2hrs) at $300.00

Each addition; hour costs: $150.00
